The base distillate of lubricating oil is extracted by atmospheric and vacuum distillation with cracked oil as raw material and then refined by heating cracking distillation to produce fuel oil with physical indexes reaching or close to diesel oil or plastic oil as raw material.
Process flow
1) The feed oil is delivered to the bottom tank of the distillation tower through the feed oil pump, and the feeding is stopped after reaching the process operation liquid level.
2) Check the one-way breathing valves of all operating equipment to ensure normal and reliable operation.
3) Start the ignition and heating system of the bottom tank of the distillation tower. When the oil temperature of the bottom tank of the distillation tower rises to 60 ℃, start the hot oil pump to homogenize and circulate the waste oil in the tank.
4) When the temperature of the waste oil in the bottom tank of the distillation tower reaches 110 ℃, open the oil inlet valve of the distillate oil tank.
5) The bottom tank of the distillation tower continues to heat up. When the liquid level of the bottom tank drops to the normal operating liquid level and the mass fraction is 15%, stop heating and prepare for slag discharge.
6) Open the corresponding valve on the slag discharge pipeline and close the circulating valve to discharge the residue.
7) After slagging, close the corresponding valves on the slagging pipeline, check the liquid level of water tank and distillate tank and deal with them accordingly. At the same time, prepare for the next feeding.
